Since September 2026, e-invoicing is being rolled out in France: every company must be able to receive electronic invoices, large and mid-sized companies must issue them, and SMEs and micro-businesses follow from September 2027. The customer's SIREN becomes a mandatory item on every invoice.
A mistyped SIREN, the number of a closed company or a VAT number entered instead of the SIREN: the invoice can be rejected and the payment delayed. Customer files build up these errors over the years; better to find them before the first invoice.

What you need to know
What happens to my data?+
Your file is analysed on our servers in France and is used only to produce the diagnosis and the corrected file. The corrected file and the diagnosis are deleted automatically 7 days after upload; deleting your account erases them at once. Processing complies with the GDPR, as described in the privacy policy.
Which formats are accepted?+
CSV files (separated by semicolons, commas, tabs or vertical bars) and TXT files with one identifier per line, up to 10 MB and 50,000 rows. Excel workbooks (.xlsx) are read directly: the first sheet is analysed. The identifier column is detected automatically: SIREN, SIRET, French, Belgian, Norwegian, Finnish or Latvian VAT numbers, Swiss UID numbers, Finnish Business IDs.
Which columns are added?+
All your columns are kept, in the same order. The following are added: the corrected identifier (for example FR-552032534), a found flag, the name, the status (active or closed), the legal form, the activity (code and label, NACE), the address, postal code, city and country, the VAT number and status, the incorporation and closure dates, risk signals, insolvency proceedings, the indicative sanctions check, the issue found (closed company, duplicate, SIRET or VAT number converted to SIREN, invalid or unknown identifier, row without identifier) and, for a probable typo, a suggested SIREN.
Is the diagnosis really free?+
Yes, and without an account: upload your file and the diagnosis appears right away (one file per day without an account). You pay only if you download the corrected file, in a single payment, with no subscription or commitment; your e-mail address is asked only then.
I already have a Jsonpage plan: do I have to pay?+
No, if your plan already enriches files of this size (100 rows on Discovery, 10,000 on Standard, 100,000 on Pro): the download is then included, and each row counts as one request, as in the dashboard.
