Jsonpage · SIREN and SIRET API
GENERAL TERMS

Terms of sale and use.

The rules that apply to the Jsonpage API, offered to professionals only. Version of 10 October 2026.

This translation is provided for information only; only the French version is legally binding.

1. Purpose and scope

These general terms of sale and use (the “Terms”) govern access to the Jsonpage API and the jsonpage.com website and the subscription of plans, between DEVINTECH and any person who creates an account (the “customer”).

The service is offered to professionals only. It is not offered to consumers. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, the customer declares that it acts for professional purposes and accepts these Terms.

2. Seller

The service is published and sold by DEVINTECH, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, registered office at 41 rue de Rochechouart, 75009 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 894 124 155, EU VAT number FR49894124155. DEVINTECH can be reached through the contact form.

3. Description of the service

Jsonpage is an API that provides company data. Jsonpage gathers, checks, harmonises and enriches information from the official company registers of each covered country (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Australia, Singapore, Japan, United Kingdom), public regulatory information, legal notices and the main international and national sanctions lists, and strives to provide up-to-date data. The notices relating to this information are given in the “Source attribution” section of the legal notice.

The EU, Swiss and Norwegian VAT numbers returned by the service are verified.

The monitoring service compares the companies monitored by the customer with the data of the service and reports the changes detected, through the API, by webhook and, if the customer turns it on, by email. It is provided on a best-effort basis: a change is only detected once made public by the relevant register or authority, and DEVINTECH guarantees neither the completeness of the events nor their detection or delivery time.

The dashboard also lets the customer:

4. Nature of the data and no warranty

Data is provided as published by its sources, without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Sanctions and compliance results, signals and VAT statuses are indicative only. They do not replace the customer's own due diligence or its legal obligations, in particular know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

5. Account and API keys

API keys are secret. The customer keeps them confidential and remains responsible for any use made with its keys. Depending on its plan, it can have several active keys, each with a name. It can rotate a key from the dashboard: the new key works at once and the old one keeps working for 24 hours, then is disabled. It can also revoke a key, which then stops working immediately.

On the Pro plan, the customer can restrict the use of its keys to a list of IP addresses or address ranges; a request from another address is rejected. The customer keeps this list up to date under its own responsibility.

The customer can delete its account at any time from the dashboard (Settings) with the “Delete my account” button. Deletion immediately cancels the Stripe subscription and erases the account, its keys and its usage counters. The period already paid is not refunded.

6. Plans and prices

No plan has a monthly quota. The Discovery plan is additionally limited to 1,000 requests per day, reset at midnight UTC: beyond that, the API answers 429 until midnight UTC. A batch request counts as one request per company requested, and each row of an enriched file as one request. Company list rows not used in a calendar month are not carried over. The yearly price is a 20% discount on twelve months. Calls to the monitoring endpoints count as requests; webhook deliveries are not counted. Prices are stated excluding taxes; applicable VAT is added.

7. Subscription, payment and invoicing

Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions, as the customer chooses, payable in advance by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically for a period of the same length unless cancelled. Invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal, reached from the dashboard with the “Manage subscription and invoices” button.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. The paid plan stays active while the subscription is past due; if payment does not succeed, the account returns to the Discovery plan.

8. Plan changes and cancellation

Subscriptions carry no commitment. The customer can change plans from the Stripe customer portal; Stripe prorates the change. The customer can cancel from the same portal: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the started period is not refunded. For a yearly subscription, it therefore takes effect at the end of the paid year, with no prorated refund for the remaining months.

9. Price changes

DEVINTECH may change its prices. The customer is informed at least 30 days before the renewal to which the new price applies. If the customer does not accept the new price, it can cancel before that date.

10. No withdrawal right and no consumer mediation

Because the service is offered to professionals only, the withdrawal right that protects consumers does not apply. Consumer mediation does not apply either.

11. Availability and maintenance

The Pro plan benefits from the service level agreement published on the SLA page: a contractual commitment of 99.9% monthly availability, with service credits if this commitment is not met. The Standard plan benefits from a 99.9% monthly availability target, without service credits. The Discovery plan is provided on a best-effort basis, without a numerical target. Outside the commitment set out in the SLA, DEVINTECH is bound by a best-efforts obligation (obligation de moyens). Maintenance may interrupt the service, under the conditions set out in the SLA for the Pro plan.

12. Acceptable use and suspension

The following are prohibited in particular: attempts to bypass rate limits or plan quotas, automated scraping of the website demo, reselling raw data in breach of these terms or of the applicable licences and any attack against the service. Such abuse may lead to suspension of the account.

Mass scraping of the public search and company pages is prohibited: automated extraction, enumeration of numbers, building databases from these pages, including with artificial intelligence tools, and bypassing the per-address limits. These pages are rate limited; the API is the way to process volumes.

Before each download of a company list, the customer reads and accepts the conditions of use of the list; the acceptance is recorded with the date, the account and the criteria. The customer alone is responsible for how the list is used. Data about legal entities may contain indirect personal data (a name that is a person's name, the home address of some companies). Marketing by email or automated calls requires compliance with the regulations: informing the people, respecting their right to object and, for telephone, the opt-out lists (Bloctel).

A customer using the data of the service, in particular company lists and enriched files, complies with the rules on personal data protection (GDPR, French Data Protection Act) and on direct marketing. In particular, it does not send electronic marketing to natural persons without their prior consent, except where the law allows it, informs the persons it contacts, respects their right to object and complies with the distribution rules of the official registers, including the non-disclosure choices made by the persons concerned. It is solely responsible for the processing it carries out with this data.

13. Data licences and intellectual property

Public information remains subject to its own reuse terms, set out in the “Source attribution” section of the legal notice. The customer complies with these terms, including the attribution requirements. The website, the API and their code remain the property of DEVINTECH.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DEVINTECH's liability for paid plans is limited to the amounts paid by the customer over the last 12 months. DEVINTECH is not liable for indirect damages.

15. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

16. One-off service “Clean up your customer file”

The one-off service “Clean up your customer file”, presented on its dedicated page, lets a customer, with or without an account, upload a file of company identifiers (CSV, TXT or Excel, up to 50,000 rows and 10 MB), get a free diagnosis of it, then download the completed file for a single payment. This service is not a subscription and involves no recurring payment. Without an account, one file may be uploaded per day; at payment, the customer gives a business e-mail address, to which the invoice and a download link valid for 7 days are sent. With or without an account, the service is reserved for professionals.

The price, shown excluding VAT before payment, is €29 excl. VAT for a file of up to 5,000 rows and €79 excl. VAT for up to 50,000 rows; above that, the service is quoted. Payment is made by card through Stripe and gives rise to an invoice. When the customer's Jsonpage plan already enriches a file of that size from the dashboard, the download is included in the plan and each row counts as one request.

The service is performed and delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed, by making the completed file available for download. The uploaded file, the diagnosis and the completed file are kept for 7 days from upload, then deleted; the customer must download its file within that period. Because the service is offered to professionals only, no withdrawal right applies (section 10). The data of the completed file is provided under the conditions of section 4.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute between professionals about their formation, performance or interpretation falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de commerce de Paris (Paris Commercial Court).
