This service level agreement (the “SLA”) supplements the general terms of sale (the “Terms”) of Jsonpage, a service published by DEVINTECH SAS. It sets out DEVINTECH's availability commitment to customers on the Pro plan and the service credits they are entitled to if this commitment is not met. Terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

1. Commitment

For the Pro plan, DEVINTECH commits to a Monthly Availability of the Service of at least 99.9% in each calendar month. If this commitment is not met, the customer is entitled to the service credits set out in section 2.

For the Standard plan, DEVINTECH targets the same 99.9% Monthly Availability. This is a target: it gives no right to service credits.

The Discovery plan is provided on a best-effort basis, with no availability target or commitment.

99.9% availability is about 43 minutes of downtime in a 30-day month.

2. Service credits

If the Monthly Availability of a calendar month is below 99.9%, the Pro customer is entitled to a service credit, calculated on the amount, excluding VAT, of its Pro subscription for that month:

Monthly AvailabilityService credit
Below 99.9% and at or above 99%10%
Below 99% and at or above 95%25%
Below 95%50%

3. Definitions and measurement

Availability is measured by DEVINTECH's external monitoring. Minutes excluded under section 4 are not counted as Downtime Minutes. The Service status page shows the status of the Service and the incident history.

4. Exclusions

The following are not counted as Downtime Minutes and give no right to service credits:

5. Claims

To obtain a service credit, the customer sends a request through the contact form, topic “Sales question”, no later than 30 days after the end of the month concerned. The request gives the account's e-mail address and the dates and times of the incident.

DEVINTECH replies within 10 business days. A service credit is granted only if the account is in good standing with its payments. A request made after the deadline gives no right to a service credit.

6. Changes

DEVINTECH may change this SLA; the version in force is published on this page. A change does not reduce the commitment that applies during the current billing period.
